Dr. Kenneth Ortega brings decades of orthopedic experience to CNY Orthopedics, with particular expertise in work-related injuries and sports medicine. His longstanding involvement in local sports includes many years covering athletes in the Utica and New Hartford communities.
As part of the CNY Orthopedics team, Dr. Ortega provides personalized care focused on helping patients recover function and return to work, sports, and everyday activities.
Experience in Workers’ Compensation Care
Dr. Ortega has extensive experience evaluating and treating work-related orthopedic injuries. He understands the importance of assessing how an injury affects a patient’s ability to perform their job and developing a treatment plan that supports recovery and a safe return to work.
His background includes service as a consultant for New York State Workers’ Compensation.
